thay are staying but carry on up to the top of the hill where they are removing soil and leveling of that is where is going to go

im looking to purchase a top floor studio here, have not been out there, its £37500 with roof balcony, think the 5k extra for rooftop is worth it.

have you got any more pics guys?

Hi there

I was looking to purchase at this developement and have just returned from an inspection visit to the area. I would recommend that you visit Hurghada before making any quick decisions, for me seeing the differing developements and areas was very eye opening and I ended up investing somewhere completely different. I would imagine that the roof terrace will give great views and will enable some serious sunbathing, whereas the inner of the building with the small pools will be limited to sun access. I Also noted that the beach/sea area at Marlion was very rocky and appeared to get deep close to shore, not so good for small children perhaps.

why are some studios i.e the ones at this place 32k and others else were on the island 22k are they any better located (i.e worth the extra for an investment)?

I ended up purchasing in Sahl Hasheesh which was over my intended budget but anyone who has visited will know why this area is worth it.

Can't see why Marlion is more expensive than some other beachfront developements - I guess its down to how the individual investor values them.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I must state that these are only my opinions and there are many others on this forum better equipped to give advice.

i am hoping to get the same as you in marlion but have to sell my one in the village 1st sigma is selling if for me and using the money to invest

am thinking / well nearly certain that i will be getting one hee, i have decided to get the top floor with roof top for £41k as the price has gone up today!!! (typical) however this includes furnishing
