How did you know I had bought two??!! LOL... are you psychic or have inside info from Wendy? LOL... I just have a good feeling about Marlion.... would have loved to have bought at Sahl or El Gouna but didn't have the budget. Thought Marlion was the best out of all the rest... and what a view!

I agree with you Kelly Marlion is one of the best as its a beach front property with amazin view for the sea, Mountains and Giftun Island, and as well inside the town near to every thing you will ever need just walking distance

Well sometimes you just have to have faith and vision... plus stick within what you can afford of course... I made the trip out there to see for myself and I was shocked by some of the developments. SOOOOOOO close together, or not near the sea at all..... I was sold by the wonderful friendly people also. There is a life out there to come, it is in it's infancy, and I feel opportunity is awaiting - enterprise is not dead people. Go for it! LOL. But do your research first....
