Where Are They Building The Marlion As Was Out There In November But It Looked As If Was Just Villas Was Told They Are Altering The Sea Area And Removing Some Resent New Buildings Are They Clearing The Complete Area

Hi Guys,

I have been looking around at some prices for this developemnt now I believe they are going to be around the £1000 per square metre mark which seems to be a little excessive.I know it depends on location however you could certainly buy in Sahl for that.Lets hope it will be a good development for those investing here.

prices are £700 sqm

studio 46 sqm from £32.500
1 bed 74 sqm 52.500
2 bed 99 sqm £70.00
3 bed 119 sqm £82.00

what do you think of the prices is that competitive also are beach fronted i was told

Thanks for the info well that's 30% better then what I thought they were going to be so that's a bonus.Let's hope it will be a good development with some good finishing.

i went there in November to look at the village, the same peope were selling marlion another large complex,but i didnt know of these plans. i wish i had bought one instead, also they were giving free roof top terrace in November but that is life as they say.Now i have got interested in finding out about the place more and have an option on a mortgage with them, still thinking might have a go a buying another place.
