Thats good Skipsey. I can see you all having a great community on this resort. Good luck to you all and hope you all get your original choices. It will be nice to be able to zoom inside your apartmetns to see the layout.

We had a good chat with the developer who explained about the common areas and we are happy to proceed subject to seeing the CGI which is supposed to be out on Wednesday but if they deliver all they say it should be a great resort.

Good to see that you were happy with your discussions with the dveloper. It's good that they are taking the time and effort to speak to clients, which is rare in my opinion. Most developers just leave it to the agents to communicate what they want and want nothing to do with their clients, there only interest is getting the product out.

The developer on Hania has taken the time and effort to speak to clients which is impressive, and if they can deliver the product they have promised then I'm sure all investors will be very happy and we should see handsom return on our capital investment over the coming years.

The key here is Hania getting the resort status and management company to handle all aspects of the property. This in the long-run will add to rental yields, capital appreciation and ultimately assist in the exit strategy when we come to sell our apartments in say 5-7 years (at a handsom profit I hope). That with the location and beach front views, I can only see positive things from this development.
