TC, what part of the thread doesnt inspire you?
You could reserve like the rest of us and still have a fully refundable deposit if you choose to opt out.

There was alot of accusations being pointed at the start of this thread with regards as to who Red is (investor/agent) and it seems to me that that remark could start it all off again. Id just like to make it clear that I am in no way affiliated with Dan, E-I or anyone else within the property market. If I have interpretated what you have written wrongly then please accept my apologies.

Inspired isnt the word Id use mate. I had questions at the start of this thread that needed answers. Dan and Stuart at E-I answered them and I was happy with the answers.
The comunial area charges and the actual living area m2 of the unit I will be reserving are the only questions I have that need answering the rest are secondary and will be dealt with at the official launch when I assume we all pick up our contracts if we dont get them beforehand.

The above questions will hopefully be answered this week (Weds?) when an email is sent out to pick your unit via an online link. If you like the development then I can only suggest that you reserve with the knowing your money is refundable.

All developments have teething problems, there are many on here that we have read about. I have also given Hania a 24 month build time rather then the 18 month build time that they expect to be finished by. This allows for any unforseeable cock ups that may happen and Ill also not be dissapointed if it isnt completed on time.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to confirm that I am not an agent or in anyway associated with the Developer. I am just a humble investor trying to make some money.

MrSkipsey, no intention at all just trying to reply to 2 people at once - sorry for any confusion. The developer Dan has responded to my PM so I'll be getting the information from him very soon and look forward to reading it all. TC

Hi Chico.

Thanks for the clarification with regards to me being an agent or not. I'm actually not a client of EI and have purchased via the developer. But a few people I know have purchased via EI and I have also spoken to Stuart who works for EI. He's a very honest, honurable, helpful and likeable chap, rare qualaties for an agent in this day and age.
