I'm just as in the dark as anyone else on this board with regards to full launch.
Hopefully we won't have long to wait now, we might as well wait a few more days as we've waited this long. It's best that the developer makes sure that everything is 100%. Again this is pre-launch on an off-plan development, not everything goes to plan, and you have to make allowances and be flexible on these types of developments.

We should have the release of plans soon. There has been a slight delay with regards to the release of information that will allow us all to choose our apartments ie. CGI images etc... But I have been assured that this will not be a prolonged delay and we should hopefully have all the information we need to choose our apartments.
So it's just a maatter of waiting for now, nothing really to worry about.
