Good luck to everybody on there 1st and 2nd choices! Hopefully we all can relax, meet our new neighbours and look forward to a quality apartment and justified investment. Who's going to be the 1st to complain about the noise??ha ha.

It looks like most people are buying on Hania, so I'm afraid you'll have to go elsewhere to pursuade the drop outs to purchase the developments your advertising

Dear Red I just asking and its business at end of the day I Know hania is great project but the point who can't afford it will go some where else that is all
Thas it. Im in! Just spoke to Chris at E-I and he told me that the greyed out units are for those high up involved in the development. So those who reserve on the 3rd floor will be sharing with the Hania big wigs!
Spoke to Stuart too and how it works is you choose your unit and then the team at E-I (those going with them that is) will go through everything and allocate your first / second choice depending where you are on the list and if someone ahead of you has already reserved it.
Ive told them my 1st and 2nd choice so will have to wait I surpose until tomorrow for confirmation.
Has anyone picked a studio and had it confirmed already? Surely person number 1 on the list more or less has it already?
The living space from what I can gather from Chris and Stuart is between 15-20% off the gross. This allows for the communial area. So a 56m2 gross works out about 42m2 living. DONT QUOTE ME ON THIS THOUGH!
Does anyone know what happens once we get the contracts? What should I be doing within the 21 days? Apart from making sure I dont have my pants pulled down!
