Has anyone had their unit confirmed yet? Are we posting up what position we were on the list and our first and second choices?
Realistically I think I may not get my 1st choice but the 2nd is just as good!
There's not many negatives to being a moderator but one of them is that by having to read all the posts, the ones on this thread are making me jealous
We can't really afford Hania and have a deposit on Regency Beach but stil...!! Maybe when ours is built I'll be able look over at yours

LOL! You have a place in the sun - holiday home, permanent home or investment - which development it's in doesn't really matter. What matters is that you have it

Roger, where was you on the list? and did you get your 1st or 2nd choice and what were they?
If you dont mind me asking.
NP Skip. I was looking at 417 as first choice, but that got greyed out. Then I was tempted to go for 2 studios, then I looked at 401, 416 & 418. In the end I went for 401, partly because it meant I could book straight away, and partly because I really wasn't sure what way the queuing system would work and whether I'd be high enough on the list to get one of the other two.
Additionally, although the pre release cost was 800p/m2, the post release rate for the "executives" is 950p/m2.
Second choice was 301 and, if I remember correctly, I was 38 on the list.

And I noticed that 418 went early aswell, and I'm sure someone higher on the list than me will be after 416.
Sorry for follwing up to myself!
