Just depends what side its all on mate. Wont be too impressed if a nightclub is put on the roof top terrace above me! Wanted a view as high and as close to the beach as possible as Ive seen a few developments where units at the back have had views spoilt by palm trees growing to an adult height.
I also opted for units on the end of the block. 1) So that the view is slightly more and 2) I can only expect at the worse case one noisy neighbour next to me instead of two either side!!!

May be Ziad on legal forum can help you

I emailed him yesterday Real, just waiting for the reply. Just hoping anyone who has gone through the procedure already can help by letting me know what I should be getting, what I should be asking for and what they wish they had asked for but didnt.

So far Im hoping the contract will include,......

1) Late hand over penalty if not completed on time
2) Thats all I can think off!

That'd be me with 329 Sure you'd be welcome! I was 20th on overall list so seems the order has been fairly dealt with. Any of my direct neighbors here?

Im your neighbour,330. Get the scuba gear ready! If my geography is right we should be facing sun rise at our angle. Just the contracts to wade through now. Alittle disappointed with the promise of a HSBC mortgage again built into contracts. But again im predicting 18months til completion at least, the world changes and banks offer new things. Not the worst situation with drawn down finance being stopped, slows down over build and excess properties that couldnt be afforded in the 1st place resulting in lower demand and less ££££ for everybody else in the future for sellers. Ive only a studio so a personal loan would cover what i need to put down and rental cover that. Hope its easier at the top end. I can taste the warm beer on the roof terrace already.

No-one is providing fixed rates longer than a year for mortgages for foreigners in egypt.

15 years is available to egyptians only but only in egyptian pounds and at not fixed and at circa 13%.
I have seen the documentation with regards to the HSBC mortgage. I am more than satisfied with what I have seen. Rates are at 6.9% flat rate, period between 3-15 years.

Im with you SB with the scuba gear. Ive even been looking at Tesco's new dive suit range. Doesnt look too bad and extremely cheap considering. Just hope it will be just as good as some of the high end suits.

I also tried working out the sunrise but couldnt establish what side. I even went as far as to researching the equinox and how the earth spins differently on its axis.
Needless to say I couldnt so congratulations if yo managed to figure it out!

Any one who has reserved on Hania please pm me with your E-mail ad and I will send you all relevent documentation on the mortgage.

Anyone not buying in Hania then I will not wate my time sending you information just to prove a point.

At this point in time we are busy preparing contracts and allocating units which i am sure Hania clients would much prefer we were doing.

Kind regards

Dan Tamplin

i went on the basics of sun rises in the east and sets in the west but if your one of those stone henge sun druids good luck to you. i also spoke to EI who said mortgages are in position in the contract.im more then happy the developer are speaking to 1 accounts manager rather then the local halifax advert style bank manager of hsbc who gives only a commercial global outlook rather then individual. but i am holding my breath alittle until i sign it and its accepted.
