At this point in time we are busy preparing contracts and allocating units which i am sure Hania clients would much prefer we were doing.

HSBC or not HSBC that is the question? Says a lot that you won't waste your (precious) time on people who have not reserved - but who might be interested later on or at one of your other developments. I love it when developers and their acolytes (Red) get so defensive....what do have to hide? Your launch has been a great success by all accounts, you should be as happy as the proverbial pig........Keep the faith TC

At no point did I get defensive nor am I an "acolyte" of IPP. I've seen the documentation regarding the mortgage, I am happy (that's all that matters), and I have nothing to prove to you.

The 'waste time' comment was meant at Jeremy Sturgess who seemed very smug that he had conflicting information regarding mortgages. Maybe the broker he met was wearing red trousers and had big black ears???
So chill Thomas! If you genuinely want information from IPP, I am sure you will be given it gladly.

Thank you Chico Red this is correct I am more than happy to send information to anyone serious about Hania.

It is just annoying when after spending nearly a year preparing Due dilligences and mortgages etc before we even talked about Hania someone thinks they can come on passing judgement about something they have made no effort to do proper homework on.

Anything you require Thomas just ask.

Kindest regards

Dan Tamplin

Dan, don't think anyone is passing judgement at all, clearly you have done your due diligence which is reinforced by how many satisified customers you have - you should be congratulated. It seems Jeremy is stating facts based on meetings he's had in Egypt, he's doing exactly what you have done - as a buyer I want to know that. Now stop being on the forum and sort out your clients units!!!! Only joking....

Red

p.s Dan has been nothing but helpful and professional in all my dealings with him and his help has been very much appreciated.
