The developer's solicitor has stopped liaising for no clear reason, after he told me that he was sending the due diligence documents! Despite the fact that this makes me a bit suspicious, but an associate is meeting up with the developer tonight in Hurghada to check these documents. You will be updated. Sorry for the delay but seriously I did not cause it, and if they showed the documents since we first requested it things would've accelerated way faster. Now I am hoping the reason of this delay would not be that the documents are not what I expect. We'll see anyway.

Fingers crossed that whoever uses who the DD is all good!

Dear all.

Let's take a step back and use our common sense for just one second.

Mustafa of AS has spent many many weeks and at cost to himself putting together a DD. I know for a fact that IPP Ltd and Mustafa have given Zeiad all the documentation he requires to complete the DD (on more than one occasion). They are not prepared to give him the DD document itself, why should they. They have given him all the information required to complete the exercise.

We hear nothing for Zeaid for days, no update nothing!!! Clients Of Zeaid are unhappy and want to get issues resolved so they decide to go via a UK based lawyer who is safe and provides UK legislation as protection.

Then Zeiad suddenly turns up stating that the delay is not his fault and that IPP Ltd and Mustafa are not prepared to provide the information.

Let's use our common sense and read between the lines people. Only one member on this board I am aware of has used the services of Zeiad.

AS are governed by UK law, hence any DD they do is governed by UK law. It takes time and money to provide an accurate and extensive DD.

Let's be practicle about this issue and use our common sense, then make the correct assumptions then come to the correct conclusions.

Hi Red I am not the only one that has used Zeiads services on this forum. There are plenty and he still comes highly recommended. The person who recommended him to me is now a member here as well.

Ive lost all interest in Hania Beach now. All I see is a wasted £2k.
If things do not pick up soon and start moving in my favor then Ill cut my losses, put the £2k down to experience and take the rest of the money up the pub and never invest anywhere ever again and stay in my council flat!

I respect that, but I for a fact know that information has been sent to Zeiad for him to complete the DD.

I had a two hour meeting with Mustafa yesterday and have been in constant contact with IPP Ltd regarding this matter, mainly becuase I was going to use his services myself.

My research has thrown up some interesting facts which convinced me to use the services of AS.

Now people are free to use what ever lawyer they wish to use it's their money. But if your spending many tens of thousands of pounds I know which lawyer I'd be employing.

I'm realy confused what is happening?

We actually went to the site a couple of weeks ago before we finally agreed to buy Hania. if there is anything you would like to know please ask . I will help if I can.
