i went on the basics of sun rises in the east and sets in the west but if your one of those stone henge sun druids good luck to you. i also spoke to EI who said mortgages are in position in the contract.im more then happy the developer are speaking to 1 accounts manager rather then the local halifax advert style bank manager of hsbc who gives only a commercial global outlook rather then individual. but i am holding my breath alittle until i sign it and its accepted.

Says a lot that you won't waste your (precious) time on people who have not reserved - but who might be interested later on or at one of your other developments. At no point did I get defensive nor am I an "acolyte" of IPP. I've seen the documentation regarding the mortgage, I am happy (that's all that matters), and I have nothing to prove to you.

The 'waste time' comment was meant at Jeremy Sturgess who seemed very smug that he had conflicting information regarding mortgages. Maybe the broker he met was wearing red trousers and had big black ears???

It is just annoying when after spending nearly a year preparing Due dilligences and mortgages etc before we even talked about Hania someone thinks they can come on passing judgement about something they have made no effort to do proper homework on.
