Default Area Resale

Hi All,

Im almost ready to buy North of Hurghada, however I was wondering on your views of how easy it will be to resale these properties compared to the more central developments?

My guess is it might take longer as most people looking for resales are less risky and want more than just promises of what the area will be like in a few years time.

Any thoughts?

Hi jeang, it all depends on how long you intend keeping the property. It will make more sense to keep it for a few years and make it work for you in terms of rental income. This is also a good resale point if you can show future buyers a rental history it will make the property more desirable. If you can show it can make money through rentals it doesn't matter what the surrounding area is like

I think beach front projects in north of hurghada wil be most attractive ones as Beach front is number one in demand always
