hi
i am very happy with all of your input. as Egyptian, i am sure it is a promising area for residential tourism. i know the government plan for the area. by the way., the owner of Taba height is the same owner of El- Gouna. i think , taba height will have same future as el gona.
the location of taba hieghts tabaheights dot com

the project will use the golf course of taba heights and marina.

investment is personal thing. i guess we agree on that. everyone has different objective in. so, if you look for returnee only. Invest in Taba now.
investing in off-plan project, means you invest for return only not you will use your apartment to live in Taba.

The upcoming area is Taba. Very cheap for investment , compared with Hurgahda and Sharm el sheik.
There is a beach front project (off-plane) . 200 units, 5,500 sterling / m2 pre lunch price .will go up for 700. The due diligence will be offered .
