All the due diligence for RB has been checked and signed by notaries and are in order. The translations for these were done by the British Embassy.

We are NOT buying from PHW, they are the main agents for First Leisure Ltd of whom Andy Harris is the director. The land at RB is owned by two Egyptians who are setting up a new company with Mr Harris. Mr Morris tells me that the two Egyptian gentlemen provided all the necessary documentation quickly for him on request and in his view, are the best he has dealt with in Egypt.

Personally, I am now happy to accept this as I frankly can't see what else can be done about it all. I have to say however, that I dealt with Mr Harris personally at PHW offices in Egypt and the first I heard of First Leisure was on this forum!

I hope I have all the above info correct - I have only just finished speaking to Mr Morris and wanted to get it all down asap.

Just to Clarify, Property-hotspots-worldwide is a trading style of first leisure and is also the sales / administration company in the UK, First leisure ltd in Egypy is the sales / development company in egypt. There is another company that has been set up as a special purpose vehicle for the Regency beach Development and other developments that are planned with the same partners, in order to make sure that no projects are cross financed.

We are currently coming to the end of the negotiations for the planning permission, unfortunately to do things 100% right it takes time in Egypt, we do intend to get it right for everyones benefit and we will have the best development here in Hurghada and the surrounding areas.

Thanks for all your positive comments

regards

Andy Harris

We have a final meeting with the govenor of the red sea next Thursday the permission should come within days of this, I do not need to point out the amount of time effort and money we have invested in this project, I am sure we will all be relieved to move forward, we have sold over 70% of the project so it will move fast after the permission is granted

Andy you still have not said where & how you got the statement from LAW before any of the "Clients" have, in fact we are still waiting to be officially given that statement from LAW, have ANY of LAW's clients actually been sent this statement by LAW themselves??

"This is from the Horses mouth, 'Yasser Sossa was sacked by myself as the Lawyer for Property Hotspots Worldwide, First Leisure and personally. He was supplied with a beautiful Villa on the beach and a retainer that is possibly the highest any lawyer recieved here' he was sacked for double dealing, taking money without permission, trying to blackmail me, abuse of trust and abuse of company accomodation.

He is one of the people responsible for these threads and we are currently working at the highest levels with the authorities to prove this, the net is closing in on Mr Soussa."

when did you sack this guy?

I posted the statement from Law LTD as he is not a member on the forum and does not know how to do it, the reason why he has not sent it direct to all the clients is because not all of the clients are aware this smear campaign is going on and it may worry them unessacerally. Please feel free to contact law ltd direct for a first hand copy of the statement.

regards

dont get me wrong I'm not disputing the statement is correct, but in my opinion you should never have been given it, he is supposed to act on our behalf not yours, had the vendor i bought my home from been in direct contact with my solicitor at the time of the sale, i more than likely would have changed solicitors and reported him I cant see how that could allowed. There was no reason he could not have used an agent to post it on the forum, but as i said its only my opinion. And if Mr. Morris would call me back or reply to my emails then maybe i could get a copy.

Well, people are never satisfied ;-). At the beginning, they call for Regency brand developers to be present on forum, then they say they should not post something ;-). I personally think it's great that Mr.Harris finds time to respond on forum, and may only appreciate it.

On the other hand, I may agree that it would be much more nice if other parties involved in the customer administration, like agent(s) and solicitor(s) did their part of the job by keeping clients in loop in authoritative fashion (i.e. direct email and communication). And the fact this does not happen [so well at least] hardly can be imputed to Mr.Harris. After all, he partnered with other parties exactly because the real estate process is too big to be handled by single party, and we know, his company has got lots to do. And the fact, that in the current situation, Mr.Harris tries to break ice of mis- and dis- communication, can be only appreciated.

I was trying to get across that the solicitors were wrong, not that andy was wrong to post it, yes its good that he comes on and answers queries etc. but he should not be in direct contact with his purchasers solicitors end of story, as i said if you are buying a house this just does not happen, unless of course andy got the statement through his own solicitor and not directly from phil, then i stand corrected. I still need to know when soussa was sacked before i make my final decision to pull out or not.

We have to work closely with Phil as he act for hundreds of buyers and has to exchange contracts and monies on a daily basis

What is the relevance of when I sacked soussa? I would sooner not discuss this matter as there is a legal case being built

Regards

Andy
