Oh ye of little faith!

Here are some pictures that were released by the developer yesterday showing that the JCB did indeedmove in on Sunday.

I am still going on site on Friday and will take some new ones myself (just in case some nutter lawyer blogs that Andy simply made them up using Photoshop! )

I really am going tomorrow and will upload what I find there tomorrow evening.

As for the due diligence, my understanding is that there are just a few t's to cross and i's to dot with the neverending Egyptian bureaucracy, but verbal approval has already been given.

All deposits sent will remain in the lawyer's account until the final, final paperwork has been isssued.
