Hi George,

Have they actually started the building work yet? It's hard to tell from the photos.

Default Solicitors for Regency Beach

Hi All
Recommended solicitor for this deal is Legal Alliances but is anyone using another solicitor? I've been quoted about a quarter of the price by a solicitor called Tarek Fathalla based in Hurgharda. He is on British Consul list. Has anyone used him or other they can recommend. Is it worth me trying an alternative or in Egypt, is it better to g with the one the developer recommends?

Would appreciate advice.

thanks,
Marsh

PLease Go with the Lawyer that the developer recommend for you as they have their own British Solicitor hope you follow this and you can ask Andy about any other lawyer he will tell you exactly who is ok and who is not he will give you honest advice

Please, please, please don't use Tarek!!

We used him and he is completely biased towards Andy. We very nearly pulled out of Regency Towers because of him. In the end we went back to an English Lawyer.

Tarek had a personal fall out with Andy and hates anything to do with him.

Lyndsay
