Hi Wayne thanks for info, any thoughts on starting a club/group insurance? or anything else of interest to other purchasers. I heard some of the blocks in DP1 are considering buying furniture for their own private use on the roof area, what do you think of this?
regards
Sue

erm never really thought about it sue.. problem being .. different apartment sizes mean differing quotes. i do think the quote was very reasonable

the main thought i have is the rental side . i plan to utilise an agent as opposed to rental pools and all that mularky to try and ensure occupancy!!

as for the roof terrace, yes id be interested in all suggestions, ..

hope to see more coral sea pearl postees in here!!

Hi folks, can you tell me what the timescales are for completion of the Coral Sea Appartments? In addition:

Prices being offered
If any rental guarantees
Quality of location if anyone particularly has seen the site

I've emailed Worldwide Developments on Friday and hopefully should get more info on Monday. I've been on their website but there is no indication of a range of prices nor completion dates that I can see.

I am already investing in the new Marsa Alam Beach resort, probably by use of a small mortgage but saw ads for Coral Sea with studios from circa £15k

Any information you guys are aware of, please let me know

Thanks Chris
