Look forward to making an active contribution to this forum.

Hi Delboy, it is further than 200m, although it is probably only 250 to the boulevard and then the beaches are behind the hotels. It is in an excellent location though. Don't want to influence your apartment choice incase you come after me at a later date and as not a client of mine i don't know your criteria.

Thanks Neil for the info about the beach, i understand where you are coming from. I will probably will settle on the apartment in G.

I also notice many people are taking about reserving furniture packs now...? I have been quoted a price of over £4,000 which to me seems very high...i plan on leaving it unfurnished for as long as possible and then recieve some guidance from the rental agent as and when the apartment can be occupied.

As you can probably tell my primary driver for this property is one of investment as opposed to a holiday home.

Regards,

Hi Delboy, you have missed the low costs for the furniture they went up end of March. The rental company will pass you on to D'Elise for the furnishings as they have checked there furniture and it complies to the standards required for renting out. Most people have used them but it is not saying you have to, some people have furnished their own in DP1 so no doubt they will help you out.

Smile New to Coral Sea Pearl

Hi to Sue and Delboy - like you I am buying at CSP, deposit paid - but still waiting to hear from WWD re contracts. Any idea how long you waited for contracts? I am new to this site so any news from you both or others re latest availability etc would be very useful. Must say the earlier messages about forming an owners club may be helpful.

Deborah

Hi, I went through an agent and things moved quite quickly. I think it was 2-3 weeks. I went to have a look last month, they were moving quite fast. Am back there in August so will try to take some photos. I'm on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool, where abouts are you hoping to buy?

Thanks Leila - I must chase our agent. We are on 1st floor looking outwards - B103 I think. Would be great to see some pictures after you come back in August. I have seen some from our agent of the development next door and it looks good.
