I agree with you Wayne - I'm glad Neil from Rivermead is handling my purchase at DP(2) - no scaremongering, just straight honest answers from him, and if he doesn't know the answer he finds out for you.

thank god that rivermead global property is handling my purchase.. i have had not one bad word from neil about other developments even though he might actually be thinking it!! he knows how to conduct business in an ethical , empathic and honest manner!!

stay positive purchasers and dont be put off..

this whole thing is doing my nut in!!

Oh thats good, I thought you meant me. What does worry me are the photos not the comments.

i think the photos are superficial ... can easily put right

they are under time pressure and work long days , hence i am sure they will be rectified .. speak to andy the snagger,,

he told us that spanish developments are much worse

these aparments come with 15year build warranties and five i think for fixtures and fittings .. also wwd are involved in some major investment in hurghada and need to raise their profile.. im confident that they will be nice when fully completed ...

take sarah cs better halfs view on this... he is very positive about things and having been in there apartment.. there is nothing to worry about

I do hope your right otherwise there are going to be a enormous amount of unhappy people, where did you hear about the 15 and 5 year warranties, is it in writing somewhere.

there was a lot of bad vibes on this thread a while ago and as i was a new member at that time.. i too was horrified!! however having become more knowledgeable about the project trhough help from other forum members, having been to the site and met with the developers, im much more at ease now.. once things are fully complete things should settle down

every development it seems has its own flaws and problems but as you know, buying any property has a risk or two!!

think thats standard ..

as i have bought at coral sea pearl i have a vested interest in how the probs at desert pearl get resolved.. its a new project for wwd , there have been mistakes made.. lets give them the opportunity to correct them
