We have also received the documents. The reason that WWD hasnt told anyone is because there is no need to as this was settled in 2006. If you think about it no way would El Riad risk losing money by building on land that was not legally theirs!!!

with reference to the court proceedings and the big boss,how come none of this has been made public knowledge and who in the reference is THE BIG BOSS.i agree with kia why we all not had an email and why dont no one seem bothered about this issue,or is it old news.even so this court proceeding letter should go public!!!!
does this then link to the split up with life time lawyers.
can anyone shed any light on this matter.

Hi guys, Just as it was in January when I first joined this forum, there seemes to be something that is escalating out of control in terms of people being worried.

As Sarah C says , this is a matter that has now been resolved and we are almost 2Years on.

El riad as far as I am aware are a major construction company in Egypt and sufficed to say work within the law and heavy constraints of the Egypt Government, especially when you consider it is them controlling the amount of investment in Egypt.

All our contracts detail land ownership, all parties, and they are legally binding. If you feel that you have any concerns, address them to your agent and make sure you know the details.. The trouble with forums, its like a widescale chinese whisper and although valuable information on here is appreciated, as it is written and not spoken, it can always be misinterpreted.
I am sure everything is well and all concerns will be addressed.

I hope you all enjoy your purchase as I hope I will come next march april may or whenever it will be finished lol..

Please tell me why on earth an e-mail would be sent out reguarding details of the land purchase at a time when nobody had parted with their money.If you have issues phone WWD or your agent,& stop attacking the people who have & are trying to pass on their news.Im off to cry.

the problem simply there is a rumor that the wwd can't approve the ownership of the land and there is problem with them and land owner

Correct opinion but just people try to know information that is all take things easy my friends around here its just everyone try to tell info and discuss it
