Default Full Plan DP1, DP2 & CP

I'm sure many of you have seen this before, but to save confusion for those who haven't, here you can see DP1 on left, DP2 is an additional "arm" off of DP1 and CP is on the right (like a backwards C).

Note this is ground floor, so the design is a bit different at the front of complex due to commercial spaces. i also think they keep changing the pool design so don't rely on that!

Exclamation WWD - A bit concerned

Any one else slightly amazed at the front of WWD? I had a letter in September 19th stating that I could source furniture myself as long as it met the standards of the rental company that they were in the process of signing, great I thought - I can have a choice and get real wood furniture - not 1 up from ply with only some of it being real wood. Next the rental company have emailed stating that we have to have the furniture pack stuff or be in a second rate rental pool - I contacted the fellow to see why this was as I have it in writing from WWD that we can source our own without it having an impact - He has replied to say that WWD made it a clause of the contract !!! - I think this is very under-hand - comments appreciated!

Have you spoken to your lawyer about this Melisande? It is not unusual for rental management companies to specify that all apartments in the rental scheme have to be furnished the same but you should certainly have been told of this and given the options BEFORE being asked to sign a contract. What do others think about this?

Default Agreed

I got the furniture pack from Delise as by the time you source the same quality out they will only pick a problem with it
I agree it is underhanded but not unusual as my other property has the same changing of the plans , the colour, the size etc etc .
I feel for you as i think we are all a little confused with DPC selling ways

The prices seem reasonable enough but, from what Melisande is saying, it would appear that the quality is not that great, and I have no reason to disagree with her not having been able to see any examples for myself.
