I don't mean to sound rude but you only seem to pick on EVERYTHING, try not to "stress" so much, Perhaps you shouldn't have bought in Egypt, You probably paid about the same as I did for mine and my car cost more that what we have paid, The Security guard probably will not just be stuck in his hut he will patrol the area and who says there will only be one? Why do people worry so much before anything has happened, Put things into perspective:for very little money we have a property that is going up in value and when the whole resort is finished it should be worth loads, If there is a problem with the paint or the grouting I will do it myself or pay a little egyptian man very little to do it for me, I am going to enjoy mine and not moan about anything til it happens, I think it is embaressing for somebody to moan all the time about everything
