I don`t think anyone is trying `to change things into our way of thinking`...that`s a whole new topic is it not...and nothing to do with the build/finish of our apartments. What is though,is that whether negative or positive the findings of some purchasers (inclusive of photographic evidence) is there for us to see and how we`view` it is up to the individual. I welcome all of the posts as where else would we get to see the development taking shape. I for one am glad to see all the feedback and are happy to be kept updated with the good bad or indifferent. Until I go out there myself i can`t comment on the `finish`of my purchase. I`m grateful to all the people that have taken photos showing the brilliant to the not so and I hope that people with any problems (including myself) will hopefully get them rectified soon.

Di nice to see you again and as for any probs you may have with Desert Pearl 1 (get the name in to stay on track) i would like to help rectify any that you may have after all i am cheap. I can also comment on your finish its great from what i have seen.

I hope you enjoy coming out and that everything is as you would wish it.

i would just liketo mention that as a person who dosnt post very often because of the response from a few (the click as we both calll them)to my first post that just stated my own view and experience when buying, the reply i got were critisiuing and condisending and made me feel awful!!!!!! there are some people in the world that dont believe that saying how it is will benifit anybody, you see it dosnt do the hype anygood!!!!! the neighbours might find out everything isnt rosey!!!!! i on the other hand find that the problems you are posting are helping me put my snag list together so you are not being unhelpful but the opposite,much better than knowing trival things that are of no use so please continue some of us are finding the negatives as helpful as the positives

I agree that the negatives and positives need to be posted, but i think people are upset by the scare mongering! I too had some problems with my apartment, but i spoke to WWD and they are being sorted. I didnt feel i had to come on here and tell everyone and make people worry!! I have faith that WWD will sort everyones problems out, but i think we have to give them some time. I am more than happy with my little piece of Egypt and i am sure everyone will be in time!

I have not posted on the forum for a while but have been reading the various comments.

I like many others have been fustrated with the way that some of us have been treated during this project.

Over the last few months i have tried to be patient and see what happens.

Today I received a call from WWD and they have confirmed my apartment is ready , funds cleared and an appointment is made to see the lawyer.

Now there maybe issues when I go over as there have been isssues this side but what I would say is that keep positive because in the end we will get things sorted to our satisfaction as we are the client.

Hope everyone does complete with as little fustration as possible!!

Hi folks, I have been an avid reader of this thread for a number of months. i have found it very useful, if sometimes a little scary. Everything seems to be coming together now.
