Does anybody have any information on desert pearl complex in hurghada
I have just sent deposit,I have done some research but would like to find out more on devloper DCP international, position of complex,companies that do furniture packages ect

hi barry. desert pearl is a nice resort still being built completion date dec 07. actually i have bought an apartment from the british resort just behind dp. 10 minutes from the beach. i bought my furniture pack from bluehorizon homes ltd. a british company based in hurghada they did me a great deal. if your interested contact me and ill forward their details to you with pics

I have brought a one bed apartment in Suleder which is next door to desert pearl and just in front of British resort, I went out in Feb and have just booked to go out in Nov, am looking to sort out a furniture pack so any info you have would be greatly appreciated. If you go on DCP's website (or eyeontheworld) they have some photos from the end of Aug of desert pearl, it appears to have been fully rendered and is looking pretty good.

As for the flights i managed to get one for £200 from Gatwick but they are crazy prices at the moment, am looking to go out April time next year and i am already struggling to find anything under £250.

I think that Desert Pearl is a good investment as i have been made aware by 4Front Proeperty Investments that there are units on phase I being sold at £350m2 also

hi i would note the £350 per sq metre being offered on phase 1 are the ones with the worst views. still a good delvelopment the areas not to bad and i think will have good reatal oppertunities

some of these units with the same views were sold for the original price of around £450m2

So this is a very good time.

Hi i own a 2 bedded apartment on desert pearl and it is due for completion 15 December 2007, Furniture packs are really good quality and cover everything.
They are a little expensive but i weighed the price verses the quality and taste and i was very happy. The furniture pack is from delise design based in london.Hope this helps?
