Question More questions

Thanks for the info.

I gave still got a few questions though, does anyone know whether the apartments are freehold or leasehold?

Also what are your opinions on the payment schemes, is there any detailed info on the rental managment service. If I have the cash to pay upfront and get 25% discount can I still use their rental service and hance it works out cheaper, or is the rental setvice only for those who take the rental payment plan. Any thoughts?

Dear Jeang,
Each option have its own choices and properties if you go for this cash payment package they don't offer you this rental gurantee issue or rental management service this is what announced at the moment. So rental setvice only for those who take the rental payment plan.
any more questions let me know

this is a good project and its advantage with its rental guarantee schem, as you pay only 60% on 2 years and its full furnished, you use it 3 months a year, but there is a cheaper ones in other developments if you go for normal ways of payments even after the discount
Note: all properties in Hurghada are free hold
Regards
George

3. if so do they have a terrace or balcony - it doesn't look like it from the plans

when we bought into oasis resort we were told last august 2007 that there were very few apartments left however the majority of people who have purchased on the forum have done so after ourselves and we were told that the price was going to increase in August ! Of course as egypt has become a popular place to purchase property this may be no longer the case but dont rush into things unless you are absolutely sure although having said that we have found iradia extremely professional and have had no problems with them whatsoever and would recommend them to anybody

That is not correct. I was told that the rent gurentee was available for the front row apartments and if you buy on 25%, you can still offer your apartment for the rent. Only difference is instead of paying off your debt, it goes to you. So not bad if you want an income.

I should say that Iraida Company told me about the 25% and still getting the rent. I always intended to buy one of the front row villa apartments. There didn't seem to be much rush before, but with the relaunch it went wild. I missed out and I am now on the waiting list for cancellations. I think its always better to ask the iraida co. otherwise you could get the wrong info.

Emu is correct; you can pay cash up front, get 25% discount, and providing you buy on the turnkey option (fully equipped and furnished) you can still get the five year rental guarantee at 8% per annum. You also get 12 weeks per year personal use of your apartment. In this case, if you have paid 100% of the turnkey price up front (less your discount) then all of the rental income is paid to to you at the beginning of each year.

What many people don't realise is that the 8% is paid on the total price BEFORE discount and is actually worth 11.03% of the discounted price!
