Thats better, gives us more choice, I've only seen and been told about the choice of dark or light

I emailed Iraida yesterday for availability & asking question, but no reply as yet. Thanks for getting back to me --- will see what they've got available etc

Dear shellbell, they are not very good at replying back to you by email. Most of their emails went as spam. Best way is to speak to Ms Iraida directly and ask her to confirm same through email.

hi, what available now is studios, one bed, 2 beds in 2 story buildings in first phase of project from sea side, and starting price if you take the smal studio 32 m2 with the payment cash option with 25% discont and pay in 8 weeks is 25000GBP I hope this information help you

Hi Suzanne , are you aware of a lucky draw for the owners in this project. It is on their website. Following is the abstract from FAQ page.

5) How do I qualify to enter the prize draw?
You need to purchase a turnkey apartment to enter the prize draw. Your selling agent will assist you with the entry form or you can contact us directly.

6) When will the winners of prize draw be announced?
The draw for phase 1 will happen around June-August 2008 and the draw will be televised. The winners will be announced and be contacted.

Is there anybody else who is planning to buy or reserved an apartment ?

Hi Chandra, Yes I've read that too, but nothing has been mentioned to me as yet, I was going to mention it to Peter when we go over (that's if I remember ofcourse LOL) Wouldn't it be wonderful to win, could do a BOGOF offer (buy one get one free LOL)
