as Lyndsy said , the plans seems good and from my opnion what i did see when i was there and my freinds who live there since afew years ago
they think that all the projects now going on the north direction of Hurghada and make sense for me as the private beach all the pepole can use even as we are owners in oasis resort is about 50,000 m² which make it very nice and the marine , as i read in them booklet that there are pools are heated , resturants, ....etc
i don't know i'm still thinking about but i think its ok
Mauro, I am going to buy in Oasis Marina. It looks great. I am trying to decide if I should go for buying 1 with a 25% discount or go for the 5 year plan and buy 3. What are you doing?
actually there is a 25% discount if go a head i'll go with that , but my sister is thinking to buy also for her self and i think she will go with 5 years plan .
i think its good for her and my be for me i'll buy soon with 5 years if i can make my project in bussines here in Germany
Oasis Marina was planned to be huge with 2400 apartments; the original design looked like something our of Coronation street! However, it has now been re-released with only 660 units on 100,000m2 of beachfront land. Unusually, they have launched the first 140 units right on the beach before anything else! There are studios, one and two beds and villa apartments and all are available with a five year 8% per annum rental guarantee. If you wish, you can pay just 60% of the price and the rental guarantee pays the balance of 40%; and you still get 12 weeks a year for personal use! The beach and garden area alone are 50,000m2.
Hi, this really seems like an interesting development. Does anyone have more detailed information such as what other expenses will be incurred over the first five years, such as maintanence fees, will the rental managment fee have already been calculated into the price, etc.
I have also been told that the prices might jump up on Monday because of the strong demand, can anybody verify this?
