Default Regency Heights

Has anybody got any information on this development? Apparently it's a small resort located in one of Hurghada's coastal mountains with spectacular views. I don't know how big it's going to be but it sounds as though it's going to be 5 star. I know there's a large infinity pool, restaurant and room service but that's it! I'd be really interested to hear about this one. Anyone know more?

With possibly some of the best views in Hurghada and nesseled in one of Hurghadas highest coastal mountains, lies Regency Heights; a small and exclusive resort with a really large Infinity pool that allows you to swim up to the pool bar and order drinks! There is also a bistro style restaurant providing food and drinks all day, along with a room service menu. It doesn't get much better than this, we can tell you...and from only 14,995

The resort will share the benefits of the private beach and courtesy bus, as is the norm with all Regency developments.

I emailed the developer yesterday, so hopefully they'll come back today with more information.

Thank you Lyndsay. I know it's not exactly beachfront but what a fantastic view. I like the look of this one (but then you know me, I like the look of most of them)

It seems to be a good idea the way they have designed it. At first I thought they where all studios but they have been designed in a modular system. So you can buy 2 studios to make up a one bed. Gives the buyer a greater choice of the layout and location of their apartment, providing they get in early.

Just received some info on this one.

Delivery is expected to be Aug 09. Located on a South facing mountain, mins away from Old Town and new prom and beach.
The infinity pool is 20m and will be heated with swim up bar, bistro style restaurants and European deli. All surrounded by landscaped gardens.
Owners will also be able to use facilities at the other Regency locations. Maintenance will be E10per m2 per year.

Thank you Queenie,

I still like this one loads! Does anyone have an opinion about it being up a mountain rather than on a beach Peter? George? Neil? Any chance of photos of the site George?

Hi Lsab - said it is about a 10 min walk down to the beach. Dont know about the walk back up in the heat though. We hired a villa in Kalkan that was up a steep hill and nearly killed me walking up. My sons friend came and he has asthma and he really struggled.
