Build progress as at 20/5/08.

New photos added

- showing studio / lift shaft on the roof / pool / views from three sides

- note the open aspect all around


On schedule for completion in December 2008

No easy way to answer - how big is the plot, where is it, how many rooms / floors for the unfinished villa.

Finishing is probably not the big cost element. If you get a good location then the cost of the land is likely to be very high compared to the build cost which is why most of us build 4 or 5 floors so that we share the land cost across lots of people.

If you buy in an area that is not sea view, not near a beach, in a NON tourist area, then the land cost could be less than 1/10th of what WE would consider a "good location".

Hello Janice, welcome to the forum. So you've bought a 3 bed place - lucky you, I've only got a studio, or at least a patch of sand on which it's going to be built!! I do have dreams of working my way up to a villa one of these days! I'd be interested to hear more about your purchase e.g. what floor is your apartment,when did you buy, completion date, price etc. It's always interesting to compare the developments and it sounds as though the owner of this one really looks after his buyers
