hello pyramids 2 is a nice project on the road between Hurghada & El Gouna its a nice project but the only point about its direct on the driving road for cars between hurghada& El Gouna and cars going and coming, plus its not a beach front and doesn't have access to private beach and only option is a pubilic beach on the other side of the road so you have to think about this point and take your time specialy its not that cheap andvfollowing google image show you exact location

This whole area is due to be pedestrainised (sp?) in the same way as the intercontinental area. All the traffic will go along the outer ring road and not past the front of the apartments.

The public beach is just a short strowl from the front of the apartments and rumours have it that WWD will be running the public beach and putting bars and shops on it. It is a lot closer to the public beach than a lot of the developments in central hurghada and if its anything like Oasis Resort will have seaviews which cannot be blocked because of the public beach.

Pyramids 2 is set back from the road and there will be a 7000m2 tropical garden between the building and the road. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the public beach and you can have a sea view from the second and third floor apartments. I was with Garry (the UK owner) yesterday as he is here in Hurghada at the moment and you won't find a more genuine chap to deal with. He is offering guarantees that you won't get on other projects and will pay each owner 300GBP a month if the build goes over the completion date. That's not something you'll get in a lot of contracts here. Once Pyramids 2 is finished, Garry will be handling the management rather than handing over to another company and walking away and his daughter is coming over from the UK to manage the site. He's always pleased to have a chat personally with anyone if they have any questions and I can put you in touch if anyone's interested.

Red face Pyramid Two

Hi, I have just brought a studio apartment at P2 and I feel very lucky to be able to purchase a property well under the £20.000 price, I have been hanging around for ages and maybe missed some great opportunities by doing
research and thinking too long and hard without making a decision.
I guess was trying to find apartment that ticked all the right boxes on a limited budget sometimes you have to go by your gut instinct.
Best Wishes eddie55

Hi all - I have just received an email to advise that the prices ( from £16,300 ) will increase shortly by 15% due to high demand for properties in this area. It also states the developer has also informed them that the road in front of Pyramids 2 will
become a pedestrianised precinct

Do you mean they will close the main road to traffic? Would seem higly unlikley as it serves all the resorts and hundreds of homes, how is it possible? A few pedestrian islands would help though for all these resorts on this side of the road.
