Pyramids 2 is moving ahead slowly but surely - it looks as if it should be on schedule for completion next summer, as was the original plan.

On a price/m2 basis, it's probably the cheapest development in Hurghada at the moment. The downide though is that it is not in a central location and nor is it firstline - beach access is via a small public beach (5-10 mins walk away) which is going to be shared by an awful lot of people once all of the other many secondline developments coming up in this area are occupied.

I havent bought but can tell a little about location. It is just in front of Water house project of townhouses (just 2 storeys high). There is Al Khayam village on the left 1st line and future Marina dOr development on the right 1st line. The plot of land on the same line on the right belongs to the same developer as well. There is a complex under construction on the left directly (pretty much stuck to the development of Pyramids2). They are making an upgrade for the designs at the moment and probably the prices will rise. It is not on the market at the moment. Should be released with new plans in the beginning of October.

Pyramids 2 is pretty much dead now - locked in a legal battle. All previous buyers have been allocated units in the bigger and better Pyramids Resort, which is located right opposite the entrance to the public beach and so will have clear sea views.

I have heard that Pyramids 2 is now going to be marketed by another company under the name of El Nour Plaza.

Due to the rather troubled history of this development, I really would recommend getting a good independent lawyer to check everything very carefully before purchasing here.

the aparts at KAMAREIA resort looks nice, not sure how good location is

It depends what is important to you. If all you're interested in is the beach and the views, then Pyramids Resort is the winner as it's just over the road from the public beach.

It is a fair haul from the centre of Hurghada though.

Conversely, Kamareia is a fair walk from the nearest public beach (or you can take the free shuttle bus), but all of the facilities of Hurghada are within a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.

Khamsin Resort is pretty hot at the moment - it is somewhere between the two in terms of advantages and disadvantages.

that i know this region very well its consist of 4 plots ,, plot No (1) its for sky Touristic company , plot No (2) its for Pyramids estate company , plot No (3) its for Irida Group and plot No (4) its for EL Riad Co (they build project on this plot with World wide Co . ) . and also in this region there are 20,000 SQm for Abo Ashra Shopping Mall .

the question now to one stop where is your project , you said its on plot no (4) if it ? what about the project of World Wide .

i just need explation about the situation from any one ? and you will see on the attach picture what i mean
