Hi Just was there some days ago in the hills & Villas area for mubarak 2 where prices from 850000 L.E to 1300000 L.E
But only point when Al Dau Heights project goes up will block the View

Thanks for photos George. Any idea what you get for 850000 LE? Are they the same as 7, unfinished? What size are they? Thanks

its unfinished for this price, building area size is 110 sqm and there is 2 types

Villa A which in total size including land around 600 Sqm and you pay for land around 200 L.E per sqm

Villa B and the total size including land around 800sqm and you pay for land around 200 L.E per sqm

From what i saw its only 2 villas still available for sale in this area
