Smile Lotus Development Tourist Area

Hello all,

has anybody purchased in the Lotus deveolpment in the tourist area (not to be confused with lotus breeze). It is an El Riad development in a fantastic location approx 50m from the promanade and Esplande Mall.
It is an old block of shops that are being developed and extended, it does at present look a bit of a mish-mash but i am sure it will be a great development.

Regards Chris

I've always said... out of all the developements in Kawser area (touristic area)...Lotus is the best as its the closest to the Promenade. Indeed a good location.

I discuss it in the Complete Guide. It's on the opposite side of the street from Sara's Residence.

I thought it was OK, but not the best value in the area.

You're right propertastic, with prices starting at £17600 its not the best value however location could be a plus,I think most of El Riads new developments at this side of town are all starting at around the above figure.
The development is nearer to the beach than desert pearl or suleder, however not by much.

Suleder's prices are a lot more reasonable.

I think that El Riad is putting a premium on Lotus because of its location. But, as you say, although it is closer to the promenade/beach, I also don't think it's that much closer, especially when Sara's is right next door at fairly substantially lower prices per m2.

I can't tell you for sure, but I don't really see RA getting into bed with El Riad and so competing with them on opposite sides of the road.

No Saras has nothing to do with El Riad.

Built by the Shawgy's, marketed by RA
