Hi All,

Just to let you know I was contacted by Mohamed Rofaat at United Lawyers to tell me my Appartment was complete back in the begining of Febuary. He told me to send the funds over and he would complete for me (As long as you have granted power of attorney) Im going over there on the 29th of this month to start buying furniture and stuff. I didnt go with the Pack as I think 7K to furnish a 2 bed is a bit much.

I want to know if anyone else is going over this month or have you already been? I wanted to know if I can stay in my appartment? Obviously its going to be an uncomftable first night until I can get a bed sourced but is the Appartment block up and running or is there still work going on? Has anyone got anymore pictures?

Cheers All.

Hi Scotty - you must be getting really excited now. It would be great if you can take the time and trouble to take some pics of any furniture you find on your visit and post in the furniture thread to help others.

If you view the calendar there are quite a few visiting in April http://www.totallyproperty.com/calendar.php

Look forward to your report / pics when you get back. You might also want to post here http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...here-when.html to see if anyone wants to meet up when you are in Hurghada.

Regards

Alison

Pretty sure someone mentioned it was available in Bulls - but as you said, I'm sure George will help with this.

Morning,
speak to WWD about staying in your apartment Scotty as it may be a slight problem depending on wether your block has been snagged, fitted with meters etc.
Have fun

Dunny whats yer face!!
Hello Dunny
It would be great if you could have a good look around my place B004 please, I would really appreciate that.
When I was there it was still very messy as they were working in there, I also pointed out some concern regarding the finish inside the wardrobes, and the patio doors, I was told that it would be snagged by WWD and any problems found would be corrected without any issues. On the whole I was very happy with the way things were going and saw these errors as minor problems.

I have been taking a back seat lately on this thread and reading everyones comments, we all have our own idea's of what we expect from this development but in the end it's what you make of it yourself.

I would like to know how many sunbeds they have now put out because when I was there it was about 10. if that's the case we may be like the Germans putting towels out when we come back from the pub....LOL

I hope you like what you see, and enjoy your stay

Default visit and snagging

I fly out on the 29th april for a week to see Tarek and all being well complete.

The complex looks great and have already amassed a great deal of interest from friends and clients.
Not seen much of my apartment but quite relaxed about the whole thing. As neil pointed out you have time to rectify the problems should they appear.

I will be snagging mine with a member of WWD not too far away just in case but overall quite happy and just looking forward to relaxing in the sun with my mojito...
