Default Desert Pearl 1

A new thread has been started for DP1. The link to the old closed one is http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...partments.html

The old thread was rather large. This new one will hopefully make it easier for purchasers to fnd up to date info.

If you have any queries about this instead of posting on here please feel free to PM a mod.

Regards

Alison

Hi BarryD,

I also put 40% down on my dp1 unit and I'm still waiting for the solicitor to contact me. I would hope he makes contact soon as dp1 should be completed. It's my first investment abroad too. I don't think the solicitor contacts you until your unit is finished, snagged, furnished and they are ready to arrange to have services connected etc. I think you just have to wait.

cheers
