Default Looking for info on planned beachfront developements/ where is the best

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for anopportunity to invest into some new frontbeach property development in Hurghada. Actually I was just about to go for Rivera beach, but the project was recently frozen, so I have to continue the search. My basic requirements are – 2 bedroom apartments for 30 000– 40 000£. Does anyone know something worth looking at of a similar kind?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Have you looked at Regency Beach - see this thread http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...es-update.html
Hania Beach http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...mmer-09-a.html
There is Harmony Beach http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...-hurghada.html

Dont know what the prices are so you will need to look in each thread

La Luna is really cheap see http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...4-la-luna.html

Dont know if you have seen the Al Rivera thread http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...era-beach.html

There is an intro thread where you can introduce yourself and read about others http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...oductions.html
and also a legal thread by our ' resident ' lawyer Zeiad who is always happy to ask any legal questions in the thread http://www.totallyproperty.com/egypt...rty-egypt.html

There are lots of helpful members on the forum who will be able to help. If you need any assistance navigating the forum please ask one of the moderators ( Lsab, Lyndsay or myself ) Good luck with your search

Regards

Alison

I'll explore the projects that you have recomended.

I was initially eager to buy in Rivera Beach, but the project was recently frozen for several month, so I'm exploring other options.

Default New to the forum but may be able to help

If you are looking for units in this range and area, i would recommend you also explore Pearl Vista.

Aquarius Pearl is also expected to launch next month and depending when you are looking to purchase this may present you a good opportunity to purchase one of the more desirable at launch.

Alternatively you may want to look at a distressed sale if you are after something sooner?

Default I think there is no reason for panic

As I heard Egypt authorities have asked for some changes in the plans for Rivera Beach and the architect has to make some changes and then resubmit them/ It looks that it may some time. That is why reservations for the project were stopped. I think it is just bureocrace and there are no major risks.

Default I assume you have already booked an appartment there?

Lucky you are! As I wrote before I do not see major risks.
