I was wondering if anyone out there has any information on the Suleder project? I have never been to Hurghada but have bought a 3 bed appt on Suleder. I am wondering where construction is up to and if anyone knows anything about the internal finish (it does state on the contract that we get built in wardrobes, kitchen, granite worktops, sink & taps, bathroom with 3 piece suite, tiled floors throughout and tiled walls in bathroom) Just wondering what this finish will be like! I am not looking to rent the place so want it home from home ish and am thinking about the finish!! Any info would be great!

Can you tell where exactly Suleder is located?

Well- all I know is thats its next to desert pearl!!! Apparently this area of town is the best area to be in - there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby, not far from the sea and its the most cosmopolitan area in Hurghada..... all sounds promising! Have you bought on Suleder?

Hi Chris,
I have a 3 bed at suleder, I think it will be a nice develpoment on this side of town as there is a lot of new developments here.

I also have purchased a 3 bed on Suleder but am a little concerned at the moment that it isnt going to be ready for early next year as I'd hoped. I am also a little concerned that the pools are in the centre totally surrounded by 5 storey high buildings - dont think they are going to see much sun at all..... Does anyone else have any views on this? Maybe I am worrying without cause!

Yeah i can see your point, but we were fully aware of that when we purchased the apartment, that is why it was nearly ten grand less then desert pearl! i think that it may be shaded early morning and late afternoon but it should be ok during the day,
We are going out in a few weeks time so I will let you know if it is ok, will also get some more photographs for you

that would be great thanks! we were hoping to get out in nov but work has dictated otherwise im afraid! (we are both self employed so work comes first unfortunately!) Prob be Jan before we get out now so I can provide you with an update when I've been in Jan! See if anything has progressed between nov and jan! So, what is your appt number then / floor etc....?

Yeah that would be great thanks, were on the ground floor by the pool in the bottom part of the E (supposed to get a bigger balcony), will dig out our plot number and let you know, where abouts you situated?
