Hi everyone,

my name is Stuart (aged 48), i'm an independant mortgage adviser living in Swindon. I have been married to Julie for 18 months.Went to Sharm for my honeymoon and fell in love with the Egyptian people and the climate.Liked the property prices but did not like the 99 year lease.Thought i'd invest in Palm Beach Piazza.5 friends have since bought.
Visited Hurghada twice last year and went back to Sharm in January for a week (would you believe it rained on the last day!) Look forward to meeting everyone asap.

best regards

Stuart

hi stuart nice to see somebody else purchasing accommodation in Hurghada. Are you thinking of living in hurghada or have you bought your apt for rental purposes. We have also just returned having viewed our accommodation which is Oasis resort on road inbetween hurghada and el gouna. Very impressed and cant wait for it to be finished. hopefully we will all be able to meet up sometime in the future and exchange stories etc. Good luck as well !

Default Hi

Hi My name is Amar i an 42 years of age and live in Glasgow with my wife and 4 wonderful kids age 12, 10, 5 and 8 months. We went out to Hurghada a few years back and enjoyed it the place was great and the Egyptians were wonderful and friendly. We have been thinking of buying an apartment in Hurghada for sometime but haven't plucked up the courage to do so as you hear stories regarding undesirables to conning people out of money.

However, we have decided to buy an apartment in Hurghada and i have had some great advice from people on this forum and many thanks for that.

But i want to share experiences with all you professionals who have gone and done it from buying the place to best mortgages available it.

I look forward to learning and hopefully this year will get a place and would love to invite all you guys over one day (not all at the one time) .
