I was told Nov 08 for DP2 and March 09 for Coral Sea Pearl! have a foot in both camps!

they did a good job on dp1 worked hard to get nearly finished
hence im hopeful on march 09 for csp

the thing is .. they and this goes for all.. should give the date on when the complex is ready and not the delivery of each individuals apartment..

i do think this is a little naughty ..

Hi - I was advised by my agent that the first date for completion of DP2 was supposed to be November 08 which was then changed to March 09. Looks as though they will now be completing DP2 and CSP both at the same time

if its anything to go on.. when i first reserved it was nov 08 completiondate for coral sea pearl.. then quietly moved to march 09.

developers base complete on your apartment being ready..

I'll aim for March 09 then and be pleasantly surprised if it is any earlier! I see you got the green light on your other apartment on the Al Gouna Road

Hello everyone. This is my first of what I hope will be many posts on this site. I am told by WWD that it will be March 09 and not November.
This does seem like a very informative site and I am glad that I found it. I have been trying to find up to date pictures of DP1 both external and internal so I can see what finnish we can all expect. As yet to no avail. If any of you have any I would be abliged.
