Hi Claire,

We are quite close to each other I am D102, We might be able to stick our arms over the balcony to each other to wave (ha ha)
We should be looking over the Coral Sea Pearl pool area I think. I haven't been out yet haven't got any plans to at the moment, I think we are waiting until most of the building work is done, we can have a good look then.

Yes I know, its a fiver to actually enter your sacred area at CSP, lol. surely I'm entitled to a wee look for nothing first. Although I must say I don't mind spending a fiver on good entertainment, & company, and if your only drinking sherry well It would be well worth it lol......
Hopefully Cara will drink something a bit stronger !!

Hi clara77, if you no longer want to go through with the purchase you're best option would be to try and sell it. Have you got the contract in both names or is it just yours? It should be possible to resell and then take your deposit back, depends on how much you want to sell for and how quick you want to do it, hope this helps.

When did you buy it Claire? Surely as Neil says, your best option is to sell rather than ask for the return of your deposit. You must have made some profit by now.

If you did want to investigate having your deposit refunded i will approach WWD on your behalf if you wish. Obviously because your money is involved i would keep it confidential so please email or call me and we can discuss if this is one of your options.
