Not a great deal to report suebell and all you dp2ers. Went out and took some pics yesterday afternoon and saw a bloke rendering the outside. Having done this myself in a past life, I dont know how he did it by himself. Is anyone going to help him finish it? Lots of banging and shouting going on inside too and lots of sticks still on show. It reminds me of some art colllege student sculpture in progress rather than a building project, but hey, in Egypt it works!

cheers

Thanks a lot Soluman, great pictures and the build certainly seems to be coming along nicely.
Much appreciated.
I see the man on the scaffolding rendering the outside, perhaps it was a T. Break for his fellow workers! If not I don't think the building will be ready any time soon.
Regards
Sue

Hi, just come back from Hurghada. DP2 has got to just about to the 4th floor, CSP built up to the 2nd only. The area in between is much wider than between DP1 and DP2 so you will be less overlooked. Once the outside is finished it will take some time for the inside to be done. I can't see CSP being completed until next summer though at this rate.

We have bought in CSP and have been told August / September next year for completion. Looking at the contract there is something stating completion must be done before November09 (i think) otherwise penalties will be incurred by the developer.
So worst case November09 i suppose....
