I have noticed that a lot of people has bought in Desert Pearl 1 but haven't heard much about Desert Pearl 2.

Has anyone any up dates?

Hi Lyndsay, I'm buying in DP2 but at the moment I'm lucky enough to be getting all the information and answers to questions from the DP1 thread. Still a while to go before DP2 will be ready unfortunately, but recent DP1 photos look amazing. Looking forward to hearing feedback from owners who have visited their completed DP1 apartments which will be very soon.

Hi, i have recently bought a studio apartment at Desert Pearl 2 in Hurghada, as of yet i have no info on how the rental pool works! Does anyone have any info that may help me????

Congratulations on your purchase. There are many helpful members here whom I sure will be able to share info with you.

Please feel free to take a look / post on the Introductions thread on the 1st page of the Egypt forum.

There is also a lounge section where you will find lots of info such as healthcare, telephone/ DSL connection, trips, sports etc.

I'm buying in DP2 and am going there on 4th April. I think maybe once the excitement of those completing in DP1 dies down we will have more to say!! I will try to take some photos of the progress made and with my dodgy IT skills will try to post them on here! I'm glad that I'm in the second phase so that hopefully any problems will have been ironed out by the time we're ready to complete!

and im glad im in the third phase so it dont have the issue with construction.

mind you its in a busy area of construction so maybe on going for a while.

Its great thats theres now a thread for us DP2, I must admit i'm so glad i went for the 2nd phase as we get the benefit of learning from DP1 problems. Have i heard right that we are not going to be finished till March 2009???

Hi clara originally i was told of the March 2009 completion, but have since seen that it may be brought forward to november 08 not sure which date is most accurate at present though!!

I did speak with WWD and they did say Mar 09 so i think maybe i'll go on that and then anytime before then will be a bonus Cant wait!
