Dear Queenie there is a problem not solved about this project as part of it is a public beach which is prohibted to be taken to any private project so still we don't know what is coming

I have an email today offering me this from an agent. They say its the same developers that have completed sales in Sahl Hasheesh. The plans and presentation look great as does the location. A little expensive but better than anything else i have seen in Hurghada

This development in the Village Road of Hurghada is probably is the best that Hurghada can offer, with the full compliment of onsite facilities may prove to be unrivalled in the area.

It is only a stones throw away from the attractive Lotus Breeze development, prices are around £1000 SqM but you definately get what you pay for here. If any one has any other info it would be greatly apreciatted
