Are there local shops to buy food etc or do need a car to get to the shops.
Dear Kim
Hello
To finish half villa in Muabarak (2 floors) cost from 30000 to 40000 Euro for best standards available including swimming pool, and in the price of the villa that you pay this charges included and other charges are realy nothing may be (50) L.E monthly, and for building swimming pool when you here i can help you, for the area around you there is not near shops in walking distance you should use your car as it still new area
And to buy food you have to drive 10 minutes to the hurghada town
