erm your research is good..

but never dealt with him..... would make a good drinking partner in hurghada he has afew stories to tell and i found him to be a very witty interesting guy.
however, as nick will tell you. unless i can come up with cash.. or engineer a deal.. i cant really proceed with any transaction.. i will say, nick was happy to discuss developments and give information without any obligation and we liked that!!

I've never met him, but found his book extremely useful when trying to decide where to buy in Hurghada. Keep working on realestatemart - you never know he may come up with the goods and get your vote then you'll both be happy

This thread has a lot of useful information for any members new to buying property in Egypt.

Plus, would anybody else like to recommend an agent and/or developer and if so why would they get your recommendation?
