This is a great thread! I had no idea all these things go on! Like the sound of the marathon etc in Feb (obviously not to take part in but to watch!!!) I cant imagine for one minute running anywhere - let alone in the heat of the Egyptian sun!!! Wouldnt mind observing though - and the hats - fabulous!

The Place in the Sun exhibition is at Manchester Central ( GMEX ) Friday Feb 29th until Sunday 2nd March.

NEC Birmingham 26th- 28th Sept

New to this forum. We have bought an apartment in Hurghada and hopefully apartment will be finished as we are going out there on 18th April ourselves. With regards to the pork butchers his daughter works with me and he is the only one in sharm and is doing quite well. Hope to see you all there sometime.
