Hi All

I will be in Hurghada 25 Jan - 1 Feb with my husband, mum and step dad. My husband and I are staying in the Hor Palace and my mum and step dad are staying in Sultan Beach Resort.

Don't know how much of a holiday it will be as we intend to spend most of the time viewing property before our big move later this year.

Does anyone know if the days are very short this time of year in Egypt?

Hi Sargey - welcome to the forum. I have read a magazine article about Marsdens at Delta Sharm and previously were unware it was there. I will certainly stock up once the apartment is ready as we do miss our bacon butties!

President Bush will be visiting Egypt ( Sharm ) sometime between 8th and 16th Jan.

We will be in Hurghada from 22/01/2008 to 25/01/2008 anybody wanting any photos or a meet up please let us know we will try and accomadate.

while at exhibition at the intercontinental can you take some pictures of the area round the oasis 1 then I can see how it is all coming on with the building work.

How did you manage to get flights out on a Tuesday and back on a Friday? You will probably be leaving just as I arrive at 18.05. Never mind we will meet up another time.

I think we will have left if i'm right,got flights with thomas cook as they have tuesday and friday flights.It's a shame we will miss each other I'LL BE BACK in March,or April
Hope we can meet up then if you are out there.

I would be interested to know the agent you booked through as I can definately use the Tuesday out Friday back service in the future. Is this available only from Manchester? What was the return price like? I think that from Gatwick all prices to and from Hurghada are on a Friday which means you have to go for at least a week.
