Mubarak 2, Abu el Abbas, El Fawaa and Hadaba. Hope Iv'e spelt them right. I would be interested to know what the areas are like and also what amenities are available, how far to beach, main prom, anything to do close by. Any gen would be appreciated.

Many thanks

only know mubarek 2 .. general residential area of hurghada pretty central as it goes ..

if you are thinking about flats , there is the option of buying a shell and getting a builder to finish it off for you.. this is a very cheap option.

if you are still thinking apartments .... there are 3 great central developments happening in central hurghada.... marlion residences beach front high investment potential... al dau heights .. superb central massive luxury complex and regency heights.. an elevated seaview development near the marriott hotel on the road to sekalla. being from the regency stable i predict the build and finish to be super!! you have an option to join up two modula studio units to make individual apartments... these are central hurghada

further out on at el farouz are oasis , pearl vista and regency beach developments.. there is also rivera beach which again is beachfront.. nick pendrell would be the man in the know about this one.. my personal favorite would be the palma resort offering sea and mountain views.. if you are unsure about your purchase sue.. it would be worth jumping on a plane and doing some research.. i act impulsively , ..

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for info.
Wish we could but unfortunately we are in Bulgaria for 2 weeks on 14th April and Gordon wants to save his other weeks for later on in year, for Bulgaria again and we are off to Mexico as well.
Hopefully other info will come in about the places I mentioned. Just looking for other options incase of possibily queries are not favourable about our studio.

another option sue is the egyptian pearl complex .. are there any studios there perhaps that may offer a resolution ?? again a wwd development.

there are so many developments going up in hurghada sue that it is quite difficult to throw lots of em in the mix .. youll get ureself in a tiz... any development in el kauser will be great as you are very near to the beach and esplanade.. or the up and coming intercontinental area of hurghada.. pound for pound offering excellent value for money.. its like a property sweetshop out there!!
