I wish it was that simple Jeremy,

We are planning to move over to Hurghada but are having real problems selling our house in the UK, the market in Northern Ireland has just stopped. We really don't fancy being stuck here for another 2 years until it sorts itself out.

Our alternative is to rent out our house here and sell Towers to give us a bit of a financial cushion.

Just have to wait and see what happens over the next few months.

Well of course we can Sue!! it's a well known fact that when the Irish and the Scots get together a great time is had a by all so roll on this shindig!!!

On a separate note, can someone tell me how you find threads on here if you don't know their exact title?? i am trying to find the one about how Egyptian M2 is soooo much different than ares but cannot find it at all HELP!

Good luck with your sale. In my experience most people overvalue their own houses considerably and this is why sales take a long time. If you really want to sell in Northern Ireland now then maybe you should price it very attractively and accept less. Its only going to get worse and in two years time could be much lower imho.

Go to the Egypt forum home page then click on the box in the upper right side that says. "search this forum" put in your keywords, and your set!
